LINDSEY DANIEL

Lindsey focuses her practice on business law and regulatory compliance, specializing in assisting plant-touching and ancillary business clients in state-legal cannabis markets.

In law school, Lindsey served as lead article editor for the Lewis & Clark Law Review and represented low-income small and emerging business owners at the school’s Small Business Legal Clinic. She also worked for the in-house legal team at Vacasa. Prior to coming to Lotus, Lindsey practiced at Gleam Law in Portland where she learned to apply her foundational knowledge in business law to the intricacies presented by the ever-changing nature of the cannabis industry.

In addition to her legal practice, Lindsey enjoys escaping to the woods or Oregon coast with her husband whenever possible. Lindsey also serves as an advisory member on the Oregon State Bar’s Cannabis and Psychedelics Law Section’s Executive Committee, as a member on the Multnomah Bar Association Young Lawyer’s Section Service to the Public Committee for which she helps coordinate and execute community service projects around the Portland Metro area, and continues to volunteer her services at the Small Business Legal Clinic.
